Endless elastic ring composed of multiple strands of natural rubber, wound into a circular hank. High-quality braided wire sheath. Manufactured in accordance with MIL-C-5651B, Type II. This elastic cord is used in landing gear to reduce shocks transmitted to the fuselage during landing and taxiing, as well as for other shock-absorbing suspension applications. Color-coded to ensure fresh stock.
