Endless elastic ring composed of multiple strands of natural rubber wound into a circular hank. High-quality braided sleeving. Manufactured in accordance with MIL-C-5651B, Type II. The bungee cord is used in landing gear to reduce shocks transmitted to the fuselage during landing and taxiing, as well as for other suspension applications. Color-coded to ensure fresh stock.

CW (Cold Weather) shock rings are available by special order. Prices are approximately double those of standard shock rings. Add "-CW" to the standard part number when ordering.
The Mil-Fresh shock ring number is 9010HD. The ring size is 9/16" x 10". The test strength is 475 lb. 4 units required.
