AN960 flat washers are used under hex nuts to provide a smooth seating surface, as shims to achieve the correct tightening length for a bolt-nut assembly, and to adjust the position of AN310 and AN320 castle nuts relative to cotter pin holes drilled in bolts and clevis pins. Available in standard and light-duty thicknesses.
Light-duty washers:
Add the letter "L" to the dash number to indicate light-duty. AN960-416L is a light-duty cadmium-plated steel washer for 1/4" diameter bolts.
Light-duty washers must be manually entered on the order form.
